Built in Intel chip 82925XE the memory controller provides support of two and one-channel functional modes of memory DDR2 SDRAM. Patterns with usage DDR2 SDRAM with a transmission frequency of data of 400 and 533 MHz are possible . Maximum size of dynamic storage — to 4 Gbytes. According to the documentation, support in bar I925X/I925XE support ECC provides only I925X.
