As a cooler has been used TITAN TTC-D2T, providing effective cooling of processors AMD. The control over the fan is fulfilled by the built in resources hardware monitoring chips VT82C686A.

The control over processor temperature is carried out by means of temperature-sensitive elements (flexible for SL-KV75 +, hard for KT7) the motherboard and resources hardware monitoring.
