It is necessary to mark, that appropriate campaign of the corporation of Intel, linked to the notification of the public of our city about preparing action, has started long before exhibition Invekom. For example, still on November, 11th.

And, of course, as good advertising the declaration the processor of Intel of Pentium 4 with frequency of 3,06 GHz and the newest processing technique Hyper-Threading has served on November, 14th  . Appropriate action has been led and in our city.

The systems created on the basis of this processor, also have formed a basis of arrangements and the processing techniques presented on bench Invekom.

First of all, it concerns perfectly fulfilled automobile simulator on which interested persons could instal records in a car racing, than many and have taken advantage. Within the limits of an exhibition with usage of this engineering the final, eleventh stage under the score of the first All-Russia competitions on a virtual auto racing "Grand prix of Pentium 4" has been led . The record number of virtual race drivers has taken part In competitions "Grand prix of Pentium 4" in St.-Petersburg — 660 persons.

The last day by tradition test drive for representatives of the Petersburg mass-media has been organised. The correspondent of the newspaper "the Computerra + St.-Petersburg" Leonid Nikolaev became the winner.

Competitions are organised by Intel corporation at support of the Russian automobile federation and Federation of computer sports of the Russian Federation, and also the publishing house "Computerra" (the general informational partner of the project) and log "Formula" (the informational partner of competitions). The Petersburg stage " 4" has transited Grand prix of Pentium at support of newspapers "the Computerra + St.-Petersburg" and "TELESEVEN", and also Radio MAXIMUM.

But the automobile subjects do not settle the computer processing techniques realised on the basis of systems which central link were high-powered processors. As demonstrating of possibilities of personal computers on this bench the virtual beauty salon has been organised and computers with the processor of Pentium of 4 3,06 GHz gathered by leading firms of a city are presented  .

The project overall objective "Travel to Centre of the digital Universe – entertainments for all family" — visually to show the broadest spectrum of possibilities of application of modern powerful personal computers both in the educational and business purposes, and for the leisure organisation.
